    I bought a house with an old outdated open fire place. I got in touch with Jason who came out to give me a quote for a new wood stove and do away with the old fireplace. As the process of prepping for the instal of the stove began, we ran into some clearance issues with the ceiling height. Jason's attention to detail and his persistence to contact the manufacturer to show them our situation and to get the proper variance that we needed to pass inspection was unmatched. I have never had any wood burning products before this and Jason made this process easy and reassured me that things would work out and look good! As for his crew that showed up to do the install, they were fantastic. They went above and beyond to make sure they covered my carpets and tile flooring. They were polite and courteous. They vacuumed and cleaned anything that did get dirty and left my house better then the way they found it. I can not say enough great things about Jason and his crew down at Big Ash. I would recommend them to everyone and be confident that they will be pleased with their service. Big Ash takes the time to help you and make it seem like you are their only customer and walk through the whole process from start to finish.

    We want to leave a few words for our technicians from Big Ash!We had Big Ash come out to service our freestanding gas stove heater.Our crew was Tyler and Robbie they were very friendly, professional, polite and very knowledgeable!Great guys to deal with!     Robbie and Zach were very knowledgeable and thorough in their inspection of my chimneys and other areas of the home. They did not just look at the chimney, they recommended other things that should be repaired if they saw it while doing their inspection. Very fairly priced for quality work. Would definitely recommend Jason and his team to anyone looking for quality work and inspections.

    Nate and Tyler did an excellent job installing our new propane stove. They were happy to answer any and all questions during and after the install and were very knowledgeable. We appreciated Jason stopping in to make sure we were happy with the work and to also answer any questions we had. All in all we are very happy with the Big Ash and would definitely recommend them to others!

    Jason and his entire team were top notch and such a pleasure to deal with from the moment we walked in the store to the very last day when we waved goodbye. We had a 1988 red brick wood-burning fireplace with a big ugly hearth and had been trying for months to get information about the best way to demo and then install a gas insert. We visited several other fireplace stores in the area and found the experience frustrating and unhelpful. We heard about Big Ash on the radio and from the moment we walked in, they impressed us. Becky told us more in five minutes than we had been able to get out of four other stores. Fantastic sales person and very knowledgeable! They answered every single one of my very specific questions. Jason worked closely with us to make sure that my dream fireplace would come out properly - suggesting a contractor for the new tile, measuring over and over again to make sure the custom surround would be perfect. I think Jason was almost as excited about our project as we were. The entire team was fantastic - always polite, incredibly respectful of our time, our property, our wishes, always ready with explanations and every single one of them took the time to make sure we were happy with things. I honestly have not had such a good customer service experience in years. Jason has high standards for his team and although they joke a lot, it is evident they all respect him a great deal and do their best work for him and for the customer. I cannot say enough good things about Big Ash. Hire them.

    We highly recommend Big Ash for your fireplace project. Jason and his team were very professional, competitively priced, and did a thorough job. They communicated well and explained everything they were doing as they were doing it. They installed a super efficient wood burning insert fireplace and everything was top notch. We live in an older home and they made sure to double check some electrical issues with us to include reviewing with a licensed electrician to ensure everything was done properly. They also connected us with a contractor for the finishing work who also did a great job. Thanks!

    Highly recommend! Jason and the staff were great to deal with. I did a self install but had Jason out to do a consult and before hand. He answered all my questions and made great recommendations. He put together a parts list for me and had it all ready for me to pick up at a very fair price. He was available for questions during installation process and even called to follow up later.Cannot say enough about the level of customer service they provide. Shop local!
